She made a personal visit to our suggested venue and had good reasons why it would be suboptimal. She spent many hours working with various Event Tent suppliers. When the tents were erected she insisted that several poles be replaced as they were not perfectly painted. On The Day she was there for the entire event making sure the guestbook was out, the table assignment poster was visible, the guests were seated properly, and the position of the sun was to our advantage. We had to care about nothing. During the planning process she sent me To Do lists and kept track of progress. Stefanie paid attention to all the details. I would hire her to plan ANY event.
